*The FACTS Grant & Aid account is different than the FACTS admission/enrollment account.
We are pleased to announce that tuition assistance is available for the 24/25 academic year through the Diocesan SEEDS Tuition Assistance Program and through scholarships directly from All Saints Academy of Stockton. Scholarships are based on financial need and will be awarded to qualifying families. All families seeking assistance are required to complete a financial assistance application.
NOTE: NEW SUBMISSION DATE FOR FINANCIAL AID APPLICATION IS FEBRUARY 26! The schools in the Diocese of Stockton are blessed to have generous benefactors who understand the growing costs of educating a student and the impact these costs have on families. SEEDS – Growing Faith through Student Scholarships was founded with the sole purpose to help children from families of lower socio-economic backgrounds to have the opportunity of a Catholic education. ELIGIBILITY: All families registered in one of our Catholic elementary schools are eligible to apply for a SEEDS Scholarship. PROCESS: If a family is interested in applying for a scholarship, the application timeline is as follows. Applications are accepted from December 1st through February 26 for the following school year.
An application is considered complete and eligible for consideration when all the required documentation has been filed and verified by March 15th. Please note it can take up several weeks to verify information, so it is important to start well in advance of March 15th. We encourage you to complete your application before the end of February. Applications which are incomplete on March 16th will not be eligible for a diocesan scholarship. There is a $40 per family application fee, which is paid by the family. No later than early June, recipients of a SEEDS scholarship will be notified by the school administrator. Scholarships will be applied to the following school year. SEEDS Scholarships are awarded as follows to qualifying families: $1,100 for the first child $ 800 for the second child $ 600 for the third child $ 400 for the fourth child
Families with past due balances at any Catholic School may not be considered for All Saints Academy or St. Mary High School scholarships but may still be eligible for SEEDS.
Please take this document to the Catholic Pastor of your choice. When there are funds available for children from a specific parish, this form will be used to prioritize assistance to families. Each family is encouraged to complete the information with regard to the student and parents name and the priest/church office will complete the rest and submit directly to the school. Please allow for plenty of time for your priest/pastor to complete the form. For a family to be considered for any tuition assistance, they must complete a FACTS Grant and Aid application.
Some of the tuition assistance available to our students is dependent on the donors criteria. For example, some donors prefer to help students who regularly volunteer in the community or are interested in the music ministry at their church. We have various donors and completing the application allows the Tuition Review Committee to select the students that best meet the criteria requested by the donor.
For a family to be considered for any tuition assistance, they must complete a FACTS Grant and Aid application.
This scholarship application is ONLY encouraged for students in Grades 3-7 (including new students in those grades). (Students in the younger grades do not need to complete a scholarship application.)
Family Fundraisers
All Saints Academy host two optional fundraisers (like Holiday Pies) each year to benefit each families school expenses. Participation is not required and only the families benefit, not the school. Funds raised are directly added to each families FACTS Account. Many families choose to participate to offset the costs of paying for field trips, extended care, and to help with their own tuition expenses.
Fundraising with SCRIP with RaiseRight - ongoing

You could also download the RaiseRight app. The code to join All Saints Academy is: TBGPZZYG9NYG In your family profile, don't forget to add who you are fundraising for (child/family name)! Anyone can use RaiseRight to purchase gift cards at no additional cost to you. Ask your friends, grandparents, and relatives to help! Any funds earned are credited to your family FACTS account at the end of each month.
We are partners with the Stockton Arena to provide Concession Stand workers for major events. Parents who are trained are able to earn a percentage of the food and alcohol sales from that evening. In addition, tips are divided among all the ASA family members working that evenings event. A few weeks after the event, the Stockton Arena will issue a check directly to ASA and we credit each family account accordingly. Other adults in your family can participate and help YOU raise money for your family - as long as they complete the trainings and are at least 21 years old. We need Spanish Speakers and bilingual volunteers.
Interested Parents/Adult Family Members need to submit the following training completion certificates to our school office.
Complete ABC training online (create an account and then take the training - about $20): https://abcbiz.abc.ca.gov/
Attend a Training at the Stockton Arena (date an time TBD - frequent - call Mrs. Salas). You must bring your certificates for ABC training and Food Handlers training. You can expect to stay at this training for up to two hours (maybe less).
All participants need to have an ID. However, this is not official employment, so you DO NOT need to provide a social security number and it is not counted as wages (for tax purposes). The money raised is given over directly to All Saints Academy and we credit your FACTS account on your behalf.
Please complete your trainings and let us know so we can communicate with you about upcoming events. Please email Mrs. Salas ([email protected]) if you have any questions or need more information.
Did you know that our school budget is made up largely from donations. Tuition fees only account for 28% of the fees associated with running our school. When you apply for tuition assistance, it helps us get more donations so that we can provide more services for your family. Please apply, even if you don't think you qualify. It still helps us.
