All Saints Academy believes that parent involvement is key to a successful school-parent partnership. It is only through a successful partnership with parents that we can make a difference for each child. We depend on each other to communicate any concerns or questions as they arise.
Parents are encouraged to check Jupiter Grades, our online grading system, for information about student progress and Parents Web to check tuition due dates and balances. We will also meet with parents at least four times a year to discuss progress and standardized testing results - all in an effort to work as partners.
All Saints Academy uses Jupiter Grades (please select the option to receive text messages) and Class Dojo to communicate the activity in the classroom. Please check in with your child's teacher to create an account and begin receiving information.
In an effort to keep tuition affordable for all school families and to build this sense of partnership, all parents are required to assist with fund development and community building activities. Parent Volunteers must:
complete the online "Protecting God's Children" program
receive fingerprinting clearance
attend Parent-Teacher Conferences (virtual and in-person)
serve a minimum of 20 hours of service within the school
support fundraising sales
participate in community events
Parents are also encouraged to take on leadership roles within the school, including but not limited to serving on any of the following:
