Enrollment for New Students
1) Create a FACTS Parent Portal account (click here).
2) Fill out the application for admission and submit. The school will review your child's application and respond by email with an offer to enroll.
3) When you receive an offer to enroll, please log back in to your FACTS Parent Portal account and click on "enrollment." Verify your child's information and submit the application.
Completing "enrollment" reserves a spot for your child.
Please note that there are additional documents that need to be submitted to the school office (birth certificate, immunizations, Baptismal/First Communion certificates (if any), previous school records, and agreement forms (see below).
Enrollment for Current Students
1) Current families can log in to the FACTS Parent Portal and click on "Re-Enrollment."
2) Please update your family information and submit.
Completing re-enrollment saves your child's spot for the following school year.
Please update your child's immunizations and submit your agreement forms to the school office (see below).
